The Multifaceted Hong Kong Exhibition Series offers an in-depth exploration of topics such as local community development, local ethnic groups and connections between Hong Kong and overseas Chinese. The exhibition series aims to provide a comprehensive introduction to the unique urban development context of Hong Kong and the factors behind the city’s success. This exhibition series is the first phase of the Hong Kong Museum of History’s revamped permanent exhibition. The three new exhibitions are Yau Tsim Mong–The Urban Transition and Community Bonds, Estórias Lusas–Stories of the Hong Kong Portuguese and Sojourning in Gold Mountain–Hong Kong and the Lives of Overseas Chinese in California.
「香港多面體展覽系列」以專題內容形式，就本地的社區發展、外籍族群，以及本地與海外華人的聯繫等課題作深入探討，更全面地介紹香港獨特的城市發展脈絡及其賴以成功的因素。本展覽系列是香港歷史博物館更新常設展覽的第一階段，三個新展覽包括「油尖旺‧望油尖──都市流光坊眾情」、「香江葡跡──香港葡人故事」及「萍寄金山──香港與加州華僑生活」。
