The Chinese ceramics housed in the Palace Museum—unparalleled in volume, quality, and variety—are mainly inherited from the imperial collections of the Ming (1368-1644) and Qing (1644-1911) dynasties. This exhibition features over 100 representative Ming ceramic treasures from the collection of the Palace Museum. The exhibition is organised in three sections, exploring the development and the outstanding achievements of ceramic production in form, glaze, and design in the early, mid-, and late Ming dynasty.

故宮博物院所藏中國歷代陶瓷，主要繼承明、清兩朝的宮廷典藏，量大質精、品類蔚然大觀。本展覽從故宮博物院明代陶瓷珍藏中甄選了一百多件精品，分三個單元，展示明代早、中、晚期具代表性的器物，從器形、釉色、紋樣等方面，展現明代陶瓷工藝的發展演變和傑出成就。

故宫博物院所藏中国历代陶瓷，主要继承明、清两朝的宫廷典藏，量大质精、品类蔚然大观。本展览从故宫博物院明代陶瓷珍藏中甄选了一百多件精品，分三个单元，展示明代早、中、晚期具代表性的器物，从器形、釉色、纹样等方面，展现明代陶瓷工艺的发展演变和杰出成就。
